SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages. We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Warehouse Administrator with experience in export and stock Fulfillment to join our SANECTOR team in Ottoway, SA. This role is perfect for someone with solid import/export experience who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. About the Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly by: Coordinating import and export stock fulfillment orders Managing customs clearance paperwork for clients Overseeing stock fulfilment and movement documentation Ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time Conducting stocktakes and investigating discrepancies in SAP Delivering a wide range of administrative tasks with precision What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support where needed Experience with SAP (highly regarded) Solid knowledge of the import/export process Confident interpersonal skills Forklift License Alignment with our values of POWER – Passion, Outstanding, Win, Engage, Respect Why Join Us?
